I haven’t had to take critical hits either, Debby, but it’s only a matter of time. I’m told a bad review is better than being completely ignored. Not sure if I agree. What do you think?

Even the best of authors will get bad reviews. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt. As writers we tend to take them personally, even though some bad reviews don’t even make sense and may not even pertain to the writing. On the other hand, you know what they say in Hollywood, “Good or bad publicity is still publicity”.
