Rumination
Crash.
Waves surge.
Rainbow’s edge.
The precipice.
Exulting in mist.
Spray of indecision.
Contemplating the abyss.
Ray of sunshine reignites light.
Resolute decision to remain.

A powerful nonet poem, Sis. That waterfall… it prompts rumination for sure. I love this line: “…Ray of sunshine reignites light…” That hope wraps around you. Hugs and love for joining in. ❤

Rumination set me thinking… how far is the umbrella person from the surge of waves! What is the magic behind his standing still? Lol! Well-done Deb. The image is so evocative and your poem quite inspiring.
