I’m actually sad at the loss of the Mobi files. The books came out looking much nicer than EPUB, in my opinion.

Always great tips you share, Deb! Well I guess I won’t need to worry about mobi files any longer, LOL. When I was teaching at university, I downloaded a lot of textbooks in epub. Seemed more robust.

It doesn’t break my heart that mobi is dead. Anything that simplifies my life is a win! As for Internet trolls, I have the same question I have for all manner of bullies and creeps: What is WRONG with you? Were you raised by wolves?

Thanks for sharing these great tips, Sis. I’m glad the mobi has moved on… although, it does make the creation of poetry books much harder than before. Just like everything else, time moves and things change. 🥰

It’s the spacing… even if they have a “verse feature, it’s double spaced, not single spaced which is an issue for free style poetry aligned to the left of the page. Most of my syllabic poetry is centered, so it works well for that. Always happy to avail my services to you, Sis. 💜
