Ah, Gutenberg… I’ve been using it for months now for some of my clients and still thoroughly dislike it. Idon’t care with WordPress thinks, give me Classic Editor any day 😀

Oh Nicholas, I’m 1000% with you! I’ve heard nothing but snags with writer’s blogs from themes to fonts and everything in between giving them grief. No thanks from me too. I have the classic editor plugin installed and hope they keep it alive. I’m hearing from Hugh Roberts that by end of 2021 classic editor won’t work anymore. Perhaps we need to start a protest petition not to kill the classic editor? 🙂

Your timing is impeccable, Debby. Sometimes I think you are psychic!
My book needs a trailer, and hubby and I were thinking of how hard it may be to create. Well, Diana makes it seem do-able. (Yes, my book has published, but this may give my marketing a bit more horsepower – ha!)

Always happy to help Marian! And yes, I do have some psychic abilities, so this one’s for you. 🙂

I’m checking out a few of these links. Then there’s Diana’s amazing post on turning a slideshow into a video book trailer. That one is great!

Oooh. Thanks for the great links, Debby. I missed a couple of these that sound really interesting. There are so many ways to be creative when marketing, and they’re much more fun than the old “buy my book” posts that we all endure as authors and readers. I’ll definitely check them out. And thanks for adding my post to the list. <3
