Today is the last Friday of the month, and for #WATWB where we post about good things in the world on the last Friday of the month, I wanted to share this inspirational story about a Canadian girl, Becca Schofield, who passed away this year in February at the age of only 18 years old after battling terminal brain cancer but did not allow her death sentence to prevent her from sharing random kindness.
All this little girl wanted to do was to start a movement inspiring people to perform acts of kindness around the world and her movement spread to 94 countries, becoming a global movement with the hashtag #BeccaToldMeTo. The Canadian government has proclaimed September 15th as the Annual Becca Schofield Day.
